Alluris FMT-W30 1 kN pull tester
Manual wire terminal tester designed for ease of use and rapid throughput where a constant pull speed is not required.
Manual wire terminal tester designed for ease of use and rapid throughput where a constant pull speed is not required.
The FMT-W30 manual pull/crimp testing instrument range, manufactured by our German sister company Alluris, is designed for crimped wire terminal testing according to IEC, DIN, EN, BS, UL, SAE, MIL and NASA standards.
Two versions are available in two capacities; 500 N and 1 kN
The manually-operated pull makes this instrument very easy to use, and in situations where a constant pull speed is not essential, the FMT-W30 is the perfect low-cost crimp strength quality checker.
The solar power feature reduces the height of the tester, adding to the usability and versatility of this instrument.
The standard-supply crimp receptacle has 12 slot widths 0.5–6.0 mm, the cable clamping pull handle is easily used to both secure the specimen and perform the test. The digital display clearly indicates the results of the test and enables quick recall of previously stored test data.
Using the USB interface, the test data can be exported for further analysis in MS Excel and a complete test report with statistical evaluation can be created as a PDF file.
The rugged design features a nitride-hardened steel, scratch-resistant base-plate with non-slip feet. This portable and compact benchtop instrument is ideal for quick and reliable basic quality control testing to right at the point-of-production.
